Getting to know you has been the best part of my day

I could say it's been the best part of today and then

You've been around for a while

I had no idea how much you'd make me smile

Just the thought of your touch makes me miss you very much

I can't explain to make it plain

I like you allot although I have thought

How could this be? Could this happen to me?

I'm excited to know you and to show you

The best part of me, so you will see

The newest will never wear as we prepare 

To ignite our union, to possibly label it true blue 

Although we told everyone,  some said they never knew

That there would be a day that you and I would become a 'they'

The Perfect Time

When we met, I can't forget

What I saw back then, was that the end 

I didn't know, but I wanted to show 

The reason and season for you and me

But at that time it wasn't meant to be.

Then a few years later you came around again

I was thinking just as a friend,  but you had other plans and so it was not in my hands

You told me how long ago you thought an US could be so.  I was surprised to know you had thought of me and the possibility 

I was interested and intrigued that you wanted me indeed. You kept asking about me to see if I was free.  

Then the time came and yes i feel the same. 

This is the right time and now you're MINE! 

The timing was perfect! We are so worth it.

Together we gel, our energy pure which is making our relationship secure! 

Thank you for being you so I can be me.  As we both see what could be.
